- Completion of this form will add your son to our prospective list for Years 7, 8, 9 and the start of Year 10.
- Testing will take place only if a vacancy becomes available.
- Information about the entrance test will be sent to the email address provided in this form.
- Testing must take place at Reading School.
- Testing must take place on the day allocated unless there are exceptional circumstances. In this situation the test must take place within 10 school days of the original test date.
- Testing may take place at any time of the year and Reading School will give at least 2 weeks' notice of the test date.
- Your son's name will remain on this list until he reaches Year 10 or you ask us to remove him from the list.
- You must select either day or boarding. You cannot select both.
